Abstract
The objective of this observation is to gain insight into the processing of industrial waste and domestic waste at PT Caterlindo - Simply Stainless Indonesia. The goal is to describe the initial content of the waste and the stages of waste treatment along with the reasons for the use of bacteria, as well as to determine the quality standards of the processed waste at PT Caterlindo - Simply Stainless Indonesia. This has been done by analyzing the IPAL Flow Process by observing domestic and industrial sump pits that are included in tanks number 1 to number 5, interviewing factory employees as resource persons, and reviewing the final condition of wastewater using koi fish as a benchmark. Upon examination, it has been shown that the quality standards of wastewater treatment by PT Caterlindo - Simply Stainless Indonesia are within the safe limits and can be disposed of into the surrounding environment. In conclusion, this study highlights that PT Caterlindo - Simply Stainless Indonesia uses aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in wastewater treatment. The wastewater includes industrial waste and domestic waste which is neutralized through the IPAL Flow Process so that it is safe to dispose of.
