Abstract

The application of Linear Programming is commonly used to achieve a single objective, usually the optimum value of a linear problem. The aim of the excursion programme of St. Louis 1 is to calculate the maximum income Jawa Timur Park 1 could receive in a day and how many times the Trampoline and Go Kart ride must be played to benefit both Jawa Timur Park 1 and its visitors. In order to collect all the needed information, observations on The Trampoline and Go Kart ride and staff interviews were done. Upon examination, it is found that in one day, The Trampoline and Go Kart rise must be played approximately 70 times to collect an approximate amount of Rp 1.600.000,00. This information proves that the use of linear programming is recommended in terms of economy and industry.
