Abstract

Bejijong Village is located strategically from the once majestic Majapahit Empire. Trowulan, Mojokerto, a city where the village stands contains memorable legacies. A study was conducted on managing finances in Bejijong village to make sure the history lives on, by maintaining the popularity of the site with small and medium enterprises or usuallymentioned with UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Samples were taken from several products such as: Terracotta, Wax Statues, Batik, Ecoprint and smoked eggs. The main objectives of this study were to identify the financial management system of UMKM in Bejijong village, identify the problems and aspects that are holding back the fulfillment of potential, and conclude appropriate strategies to achieve it. This research’s methods include interviews and observations. Some data were obtained from the interviewers on revenue, problems, and how the product was manufactured. Results show that the village community has succeeded well enough, although faced by some obstacles such as lack of human resources and promotion. Researchers recommend digital promotion as our society advances to depend on technology. Keywords: Financial Management, UMKM, Bejijong Village.
