Abstract

Bejijong Village is a tourist village located in Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. This village is a village from the legacy of the Majapahit Kingdom which is based on art-culture, history, nature, and the creative industry typical of the Majapahit Kingdom. This village has many tourist attractions that are mixed with residential areas. So, this village does not yet have a special place to serve as a strategic tourist attraction for tourists. This study aims to find out how the layout of Bejijong village is, the influence of the location of Bejijong village tourist attractions, and to find out how the layout is effective in placing tourist objects. In this study, the research method used is a qualitative approach method using observation and interview strategies which are presented descriptively. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the Bejijong village tourism object is less effective for tourists because of its location which is mixed with residential areas and the distance between one tourist object and another. So, the author wants to provide effective suggestions so that the Bejijong Village tourist attraction can find a strategic location for tourists.
