Abstract

The title of our report is implementation of nutrition in chiken pellets. The background information of this report is by seeing that consumption of pellets products has icreased these past few years. This issue due to high demand in good quality chicken. The purpose of this observation is to understand the process of producing chiken pellets. During the preparation, all tools and ingredientshave to prepared. After that, all the materials are put in the machine which is used for keeping all the materials used being mixed in one machine and then steamed in a high temperature. As a result of all these processes, comes crumbles consist of nutrition, such as carbohydrates, protein, calcium, vitamin and mineral. In conclusion, high quality chicken needs to contain 100 percent of the standard nutrition which cannot be higher than 5% percent of the coefficient variation.
